Each year, in recognition of the long standing and exemplary contribution made to public education and the NSW Primary Principals’ Association, Life Membership may be bestowed upon a retired member and/or a member in their final year of employment in the teaching service. One of the privileges of Life Membership is the opportunity to attend the Association’s annual conference.
Life Members can choose to attend all of the conference or as day visitors at the same cost as all other delegates. To register for either of these options please register online.
In addition, the NSW Primary Principals’ Association and Annual Conference Committee have extended an invitation for all NSWPPA Life Members’ and financial members of the Association of Retired Primary Principals to attend the concluding day of the 2017 annual conference which is to be held at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel, 61-101 Phillip Street, Sydney, on Friday 27 October 2017.
The program for the day will be:
11:00am: Reception for Life Members’ and financial members of the Association of Retired Primary Principals. This morning tea will be provided free of charge by the NSW Primary Principals’ Association.
12:30pm: Luncheon hosted by the NSWPPA Executive in the Garden Court. The luncheon will be provided free to Life Members’ but will cost financial members of the Association of Retired Primary Principals and other guests $55 per person.
2:00pm: the NSWPPA Annual Awards Ceremony will be hosted by the NSWPPA President, Phil Seymour, in the main Conference Room. The Principals Credential will also be awarded at this time.
6:30pm: Life Members’ of the NSW Primary Principals’ Association and their partners are also invited to the Dinner in the main conference room at the subsidised price of $130 per person (The rate to all other delegates and their guests is $160 per person).
